I was passing through Waverly from out-of-town and stopped by this little pizza joint in town. I ordered a recommendation from the hostess, and it turned out be a very good! It’s definitely worth checking out.

The pizza was delicious, but the onion rings are what will get me to go back. The onion rings are reminiscent of the much-loved, but long-gone, Johnny’s Drive-In in Chillicothe. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

Really good pizza, the garlic knots were really good as well. I got the monster supreme pizza, completed loaded and delicious. Does not come with ranch and they charge $.60 per cup. The staff was kind and friendly and attentive. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. I found this place on accident and at the last minute I was headed down to Huntington then had to divert to patriot and this was on the way. Glad I stumbled across it, go ahead and give them a try I think you’ll be pretty satisfied!

What an odd place and not in a good way. You start out having to stand in line and order your food about like little Ceasars ok but then the price wow had to do a double check make sure I wasn’t in NYC but nope so small town ok well maybe the food is great well…I was wrong again pizza was about the same as a 5 dollar microwave pizza sub …about what you expect from a gas station. Over all the pizza wasn’t even half eaten and tossed out kids didn’t even eat it.

This location is more of a fast-food, serve yourself spot & the menu is smaller BUT my personal deep dish pizza was delicious! They do not offer water to drink. They have tea & lemonade in addition to soda.

We love Fred’s pizza! It’s so uniquely delicious! We drive down from Chillicothe once a month just to get a slice. Wish we had one here. I recommend trying their pizza, you won’t be sorry!
