I’ve had mixed feelings about this Ruby Tuesday. Staff usually never checks on you and completely just disregards you but today it was different. Salad bar was a bit run down but it could be just the time I went. Elizabeth was amazing she was so sweet and made she we were taken care of. They need more employees like her! ❤️

Never come here stood here ten minutes waiting to order and you can see the manager ignoring me and two more customers because two girls drunk whining want more beer and everyone just ignore us , I mean you do stand out in scrubs and standing . Place is so poorly managed. I be sure to let the hospital staff not waste their break.

The hamburgers were great, but we were seated in a booth at the bar. I had to flag a waitress every time we needed something. They were nice and friendly and prompt when we asked for refills, etc. Also we saw a fly in the dressing at the salad bar.

I’ve had some bad experiences at this location in the past (I’m eating here now due to the limited places to eat a meal in the town I live in) but the dining experience I had this time here was way more enjoyable than the last time I ate here. I tried a newer dish at this location that was decently cooked and tasted good. The service was a little underwhelming again (had to ask for silverware) but I didn’t have to ask for drink refills, so that was a plus. Overall I had a decent dining experience here this time.

My family eats there a few times a week. And we never really cared for some of the servers so we stopped going. We decided to give it another chance and we got a server Samantha she went above and beyond. I finally see Ruby Tuesday is getting rid of the rude servers. Folks need to do some building maintenance. Dead flies on the tables and window sills. The a/c vents haven’t been cleaned in months. Chairs need to be cleaned or replaced. Really owners? Salad was ok except for wilted lettuce. Do the owners of these and other restaurants ever go in them?
