They have kiosks that you’re supposed to order on, but it doesn’t make things any more efficient. Since they are there ,the staff chooses to ignore the front counter most of the time. They have a nice clean restaurant and the food is usually good. Last night my tacos were super greasy . As For their app it’s disappointing honestly because it takes so long to get enough points for a free item. That being said, there are a few excellent employees there ,so that’s why I continue to go back

this place was good the week it opened now it’s like watching Sisyphus clumsily chase the boulder as it tumbles down the hill. Be prepared for dry crunchy rice, incorrect orders and long wait times. Best time to go is midday, the managers during the day are usually very good.

Always takes 45 minutes to receive food then the food is always wrong or cold. Then tonight the line was long to the street per usual but I waited in line . someone who was behind me went in front of me even though we were next so I’m thinking they got a mobile order like me . I pulled right behind them and they serviced that customer but not me saying I have to go back around because my order is not ready. Mind you I placed my order 40 minutes prior. Just terrible service literally everytime I come to this location the best location will definitely be shallowford rd. Then they be taking all day knowing they by all the factories and people here for their breaks

DRIVE THROUGH PEOPLE HAVE ATTITUDES FOR NO REASON AND MAKE YOU WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT TO MAKE THEIR SERVICE LOOK BETTER. I have been there about 20 time, and every single time the drive through people are unnecessarily rude about nothing. Plus they make you wait at the front of the store for your food so the counter that tracked their speed gives a wrong depiction of how long it takes for them to get you your food.

Went to this Taco Bell on my lunch at 10:45pm on the night of 5/7/23. I drove back to work, ate, and began working again, only to end up in the work bathroom vomiting 2 hours later. After vomiting up all the Taco Bell I had earlier that night I began to feel better. Clearly there was something wrong with the food for my body to reject it when I tend to eat Taco Bell more than I probably should.

I should be loving this place. Cheap breakfast drive through right on my way to work. If only it was open for once. 9am open time already is quite late for a restaurant that boldly displays BREAKFAST on it’s sign but even after 9 whenever I pull up to the drive through theres just noone there.

I had one of the best experiences ever with this taco bell. They are way better than any local taco bell around. The first time I went there they were understaffed but you could never tell it. Everyone was working hard and fast to serve everyone there. The food was perfect. Service was fantastic. Honestly my only complaint was some of the customers were being rude and ungrateful. People to realize they don’t have to serve you. It’s a privilege to be served by anyone anywhere. It’s not like they are your parents and are required to feed you. Grow up
