Tuesday night out with family and the place was packed. Local schools had track and other events going on, and they weren’t ready for the increase in business, and the server was rude from the start. Our table got ignored after a larger party came in whilst we were waiting for two to join. The larger party started ordering, with the same server, before the two that joined us even got drinks. We only ordered queso and had one soda. We decided to leave but still left money on the table before walking out. Third time in six months that we’ve had poor service with dine in experience. Aware ownership has changed, awhile ago but they need to focus back on the basics. Won’t be going back for awhile.

We came in pretty close to closing time and felt bad about that hoping to not be holding them up from getting what they have to do done so they to could go home. The waitress had a little toddler girl with her (which to me says Casa Jalisco see’s employees as people with families & their lives matter a beautiful statement – is left imprinted on me for that. I had fun talking to the little girl & talking to her as if she was our waitress- ( imagine your waitress on roller skates-for the first time and as tall as your knees and when you say Miss and she wobbles away like the boss of you .) Her Mom our waitress was very kind, patient. and her giggle made us smile I appreciate that kind of service.
