Food was great, but they are severely understaffed. I received an email alert stating my pizza was ready. Once I arrived I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to even come to the front counter (because he was hustling in the back slinging pizzas into and out of the ovens non-stop). They did offer to remake my pizza for me at no charge but 40 minutes (plus original lead time) was just too much.

One time this summer, I ordered a pizza online and the store was closed when I got there at like 9:30 PM on a weekday even though the sign says 11:00 PM. I couldn’t get my pizza or the refund the next day.

This store has the absolute WORSE service I’ve ever had. It took 2 hours to get my pizza. I contacted the store directly multiple times and was hung up on them placed on hold another 20 minutes only to be hung up on again. When I finally spoke to the girl she wasthe rudest. I asked for an eta for my food she said it had been done and no one was there to pick it upnot knowing that I was in contact with the driver who had been there over 45 minutes waiting. They told him they did t know when it would be finished. She then proceeded to hang up on me. They will NEVER GET MY SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Appears that the employees get to make there own store hours and decide when to stop cooking pizza at 3pm. And also only offer the customer the only crazy bread that is made leftover. Thanks for the warm welcome to Texas I will not spend my money here ever.

it’s not even a one star man it’s less than a one star but other than that the service was pretty bad. they didn’t want to take an order or give napkins. we just wanted pizza man and they didn’t want to give it to us. they didn’t even want to give us plates. it’s really bad. i’ve never had a bad experience with a little ceasars so i am pretty shocked at these results.

Will not buy from this location again. I bought two pizzas from them. They were burnt and the pretzel crust tasted like chemicals at the bottom. The phone number was not on the receipt and the area I live in has had phone service so I was unable to look it up online. Went to them the next day where the manager told us they will not replace pizza if I did not have the old pizza. Then told us she did not carry pretzel crust anymore when though the signs are still up. Bad customer service.

Great food. I love grabbing a quick bite to eat around 1 or 2pm. But I guess I am going to have to go elsewhere. The panhandling and begging is crazy. Poeple begging me for food and money as soon as i pull up. I don’t think I will be back. Poeple sleeping on the side walk. What happen it was not this bad last month.
