Every time I have a problem it never gets corrected. I even received a burnt pizza one time and had to eat it like that because they refused to make and resend another one. After waiting 2 hours for my food. The workers are ghetto and the pizza isn’t as good. If you don’t mind paying for whatever service and food they decide to give you than go ahead and order. Just know even if make a complaint it won’t be taken care of. Other you will get a papadia just for submitting a complaint which doesn’t cover as much as I be paying.

Unlike No Other
Tried to order online. But in order to do so I had to either make an account or offer my email. Neither of which I wanted to do. No worries, I’d order for delivery. Nope. They don’t deliver to my area even though I’m literally just a mile away So we go to pick up. Pizza was just O.K., definitely could have been entirely more flavorful. The pizza with bacon, pepperoni & bell pepper was skimpy on several parts of the pizza as well as cheese missing in spots. The veggie pizza…well it’s a veggie pizza ♀️ The cinnamon pull apart bread was pretty good. The young lady who took our order over the phone was extremely polite & professional.

Just got my thin crust pizza, bbq wings and a soda that was very warm. The pizza was way to hard and thy didn’t even bother to cut the pizza. The pizza was cold as well. This is truly something that I wouldn’t even feed my dog. Thank you Papa John’s for this HORRIBLE!!! experience. My wings tasted like a cardboard box.

We were encouraged to order from the app for the cool ranch Papadias but when we were served we were given a bag of cool ranch Doritos..what was the point? I guess we were supposed to dress them ourselves. I can’t appreciate the fact we were kind and patient and being rewarded with serving our food like that.

$25 for a cold pizza and cold jalapeño poppers to arrive 45 minutes late. Not to mention, I live 4 minutes from this restaurant.
