Got double cheeseburger and the really spicy one too. It’s very tasty nice burger flavor with cheese and decent amount of seasoned fries. They spicy cheeseburger packs some heat. give it 4 stars my cheeseburger would have been better with tomatoes and lettuce I asked for no onion. Great stop better than any other burger drive through in area.

I didn’t know that the restaurant had changed from LC’S to KC’s. It still is a great hamburger joint. The burgers are very good! The bun was great and the onions were yummy. My cc receipt was jammed, but the employee got help with fixing it. I also saw a new chicken dish that looked very good. I will be back!

Horrible! Would not have even given one star, but it doesn’t let you do 0. Not at all like LC’s. In Platte Woods. Bun is too big for the burger, onions are gross. Asked for no cheese or onions on one burger, it had a bunch of nasty stringy onions, had cheese, and our biggest complaint… SO much mustard on them that it was oozing and dripping out, the buns were saturated, couldn’t pick it up without getting mustard all over your fingers, table, etc. Tried to call but they don’t answer, recording says “This customer is not taking calls at this time, please try again later. ” So hopped in the car to go talk to them. Took the worst burger with us, showed them pictures of the rest. They actually wanted us to go all the way back home and get the rest of the burgers and bring them all back. Would not refund a dime, would remake if we went home and got the other 2. Our daughter had already thrown hers in the trash, her fried pickles were soggy and gross too. I do not recommend and will not return to this joke of a location. The Platte Woods location is still good, North Oak is terrible, don’t waste your money! Very unprofessional. They have trouble understanding you so you have to repeat yourself over and over. Complete joke!

The chicken biryani is incredibly delicious- an amazing mix of flavors and textures. We have eaten at LC’s a few times and everything we have had there was excellent.

I placed an order through their website. When I went to pick it up, they said it went to the Main St. location. I showed them the confirmation email showing N. Oak Trafficway. I said, “can you just honor the order and make it for me since it’s paid for?” They said I would have to cancel the order and then re-order. To cancel, they made me call Grubhub even though it was ordered through the website. I called Grubhub and they said “oh no, it was ordered through their website. You’ll have to call and cancel with them. I called LCs customer service number. It rang for 5 minutes with no answer. Unacceptable. This could have easily been resolved. I’m out $12. LC’s. Burgers are a dime a dozen in KC. You need to fix this or you will continue to lose business. The burgers aren’t that great. If you’d like to email me and fix this, I will consider changing the rating

TRASH. The cheeseburger was tasteless except for the grilled onions. The french fries were cold and way over salted. Couldn’t eat any of it and through it in the trash. Wasted money.
