The past several times we ate here, the pizza is doughier than I like it. It’s almost underdone. It’s kind of annoying you need to order drinks separately at the bar and the bar only takes cash. It’s a bar atmosphere inside and the service is good.

Always delicious! I got the meatball sub today for $8.50 and it was out of this world! DJ’s is proudly serving East Greenbush, Rensselear, Albany & the surrounding capital district since 2000. You can dine in, take-out or they offer free delivery if you choose. I highly recommend this place.

The pizza used to be fantastic, but now it’s not worth the trip out if any other pizza place is closer. The dough and sauce both feel cheap. We asked for BBQ chicken pizza and they kept the red sauce under the cheese, just a bad move. I suppose I should have specified, but I thought “BBQ chicken pizza” implied BBQ sauce instead of red sauce like other pizzerias out there.

Love everything about their food. Don’t like paying for drinks separate from my food bill but I deal with it. The bar maid acts like your bothering her for drinks if it takes her away from the men at the bar. The staff and help in the kitchen are the best. Nice and courteous and personable. Great food makes up for lack of personality at the bar.
