I ordered a thin-crust pizza. I don’t care for a lot of bread – so I really enjoyed a thin-crust pizza I’d had a week prior. I had saved this particular pizza and given it a name so that it’d be easy to simply re-order. This specific detail was the reason DOMINO’s was seleted. For whatever reason – I ended up with a THICK crust pizza. The receipt indicated that it was THIN-crust. I called immediately to explain the situation. The man was RUDE and spoke in a very monotone and nonchalant manner. He even asked at one point, ‘anything else…?’ before hanging up. He never once offered a remedy or an apology. I won’t be wasting my time or money at Domino’s Pizza AGAIN!

Had a few mistakes here but they are really good at fixing the problem with no issues 9 out of 10 times. I only use the website to order but they always have my order and the payment is made ahead of time. Staff is friendly and pretty good at greeting you once you walk in. It is a small store and the building is a little aged but still clean and good. They do put out food for cats so you might see random cats by the door when you walk in.

You know what Dominos is underrated, I know I love the local support of in town pizza but sometimes it breaks your bank and I have to result to cheaper solutions and Domino’s is underrated, to get the deals use the app and look for it during check out, trust me you’ll save a lot of money and get more for the value than other local restaurants here and that’s sad, I would normally support local, but the government is screwing everyone with money and sometimes we just want to save and be able to eat.

I just ordered a pizza and the app says it has arrived, when I go outside to check there’s no pizza. So I call the store, and the guy is telling me he delivered the pizza and calling me a liar. Such rude and disrespectful phone service telling “I GUESS ILL MAKE IT AGAIN”

Terrible customer service. Promised delivery within 30-40min, pizza arrived at 70 minutes and COLD. Called store and asked to speak to the manager to ask about my pizza since it was taking so long just to talk to a rude employee who proceeded to hang up on me. Terrible

Got order wrong twice in the same night. Went bk to get the order they forgot to send with delivery and they gave me the wrong item a 2nd time. So I waited over 10 to 15 mins so they could make my order. Ridiculous. Not the first time they got order wrong but it’s seguin and there isn’t many other choices. The person who made the order was very sweet and polite tho.
