Best breakfast sandwiches in town but the place is really dirty inside (look at the ceiling the next time you’re checking out…), they don’t take card, and there’s almost always only 1 person working so the time it takes to get your food is hit or miss.

There was 1 woman working alone. We called ahead to order and when I got there to pick it up she was rude, she said that she told me it was going to be 20 mins (which I had waited more than 20 mins to go pick up the order) and she was just starting my order. She wasn’t even going to acknowledge I was there but when she looked up I told her I was there to pick up an order. She went on to complain to another patron that there were “so many orders to go” and she didn’t know why ?

I’m a small business owner myself,so I don’t write bad reviews unless it’s really warranted.The woman working the front was so rude.idk if she just doesn’t like making smoothies or what,but everytime I’ve gone there she’s been rude,and is always out of smoothies.I had already ordered my food so I went to the other cool beans on Quaker (I should have just went there like I usually do,they are always nice over there,but this one was closer.)so by the time I went to the other cool beans and got home my food was cold.but that didn’t matter because I didn’t eat it anyway because both my sandwiches she made were wrong.idk how she mixed up sausage for bacon.that woman is definitely costing you some business.I won’t be returning to that location at least,and I’m sure quite a few other people won’t return because of her either.I’m sure you know exactly who I’m talking about bc it seems she has other bad reviews.the food and service is great when it isn’t her working.

Went to cool beans on S western Ave in glens falls on New Year’s Day. Lady was very rude. The minute you walk in “do you know what you want?” Like she was in a hurry to get us out. Not one person there when we walked in so it wasn’t busy. Ask for everything bagel and instead of nicely saying “sorry we are out” she rudely tells me that we should check the selection again. Sorry that’s not good customer service and we won’t be going back there.
