Very delicious homemade ice-cream . So good in fact we went two days in a row to try new flavors. My daughters also really liked the cotton candy. I know it’s cliche, but all the flavors we tried were absolutely perfect. I had the cookie dough and chocolate flavors. My wife had the oreo and coffee. My daughters had the cotton candy ice-cream. We all emphatically enjoyed our sweet treat. Great location with plenty of parking. Love the fact it’s the old DQ location. There is also gaming available which is always a nice touch. Plenty of seating and most importantly the staff was very friendly! The do offer burgers and fries as well. I haven’t tried any yet, but I will have to check it out next visit.

This cafe has a nice crisp and clean feel. The staff is always friendly and professional. They have a generous menu selection, but to be honest, I go for the fresh handmade ice cream. Although their burritos are amazing. They make their own ice cream fresh continually. It’s the best tasting cream I’ve ever eaten. You add that to the friendly and curious staff and the pristinely clean facilities and you have a very nice little cafe. Good food, good people.

Asked is there burgers where real hand patties fresh fried burgers was told yes and when I got it 3 minutes later .you can’t cook a fresh burger in 3 minutes. It was a frozen patties burger I was lied to and it was not tasty at all

We stopped by Carmen’s after an appointment in Herrin. It did not disappoint. My husband had the brisket sandwich and I had a Birria Taco, a Street Taco, and a cup of Mexican Corn. If you like a taco with some spicy kick, go for the Birria. I loved the corn and steak street taco. To top it off, I had dairy free mango ice cream!!! I will go back again.
