The fact that at 6:30 in the evening nobody will answer the phone, is just absolutely beyond me. The store closes at 8, I can understand not answering the phone after maybe 7:50 but I don’t see a reason to not answer the phone for a business when you are still open for a few more hours and it take a whole 7 mins for them to make the pizza. Being short staffed is no excuse for this matter being when you walk into the store half the staff is in the back talking. Really enjoy the pizza, can’t stand the lack of customer service.

Tried to order online as a first time customer. 1) declined my amex credit card and 2) wanted a minimum 15% tip before even receiving my product for pickup service of uncooked food. I didn’t proceed with the order. Pay your employees and stop asking people to tip. Tipping is out of control.

Papa’s Favorite and a Chicken Artichoke Caesar Salad (Which was Frozen). Had to call them to tell them they are ruining their product. Not supposed to freeze salads. $7 goes in the Garbage? I don’t think so. This is a large reason I’ve quit ordering food or even getting food from restaurants anymore. Employees and in a lot of cases the owners are Brainless.
