I am very upset with my experience at this location. I walked in to retrieve my mobile order and it was no where to be found. It was 5 minutes of me standing there and no one helped me. I had to flag down an employee just to ask about my order. There were at least 10 employees just standing around, with two young kids having a conversation in front of me about their weekend. Not one person asked if they could assist me or wondered why I had been waiting there for so long. When someone FINALLY checked on my order, they said they were waiting on “spicy flakes” for my spicy chicken sandwich. I waited 15 additional minutes for this order. Not happy with this experience.

Hadn’t stopped by a Chick-fil-A in awhile and was super excited to surprise my family with dinner. Unfortunately, I couldn’t choke it down. It was clear they haven’t changed their oil by sight and taste. We’ve always had great, fresh food, but it definitely seemed extremely old as well. Luckily, the team members I encountered were pleasant since the food wasn’t. 🙁

It’s getting harder to justify eating out with the family with the prices of everything going up. Chick-fil-A has always been more expensive than most local fast food places. They’re like that fuel station that consistently has higher priced gas than most places in town. I’ve said it in other reviews & I’ll say it here too. Their food quality doesn’t meet the price of the meal. As of Feb 2023, the average meal is over $11. I love to bless my family once in a while with their choice of food out on the town, but Chick-fil-A rarely gets to be that place, especially these days.

I typically dont write reviews, but when my food was delivered with raw chicken in it, i had to put it out there. I got breakfast delivered to my job ( I didnt have time to make breakfast), so I ordered my typical chicken mini meal. I eat chickfila a lot and its never been bad, but i couldnt even get past chewing this meal. I took a bite into my mini sandwich, and the inside was completely pink and even a little bloody. I had to spit it out and throw it all away because that made me lose my appetite. Will not be ordering from here again. The hash browns were decent I guess, after putting them in the microwave.

Chick-fil-A is an absolute favorite of mine! It’s always a great place to go to for a healthy meal that always fills the food cravings! The food is always amazing and very rarely do you get a cold meal going to show how they freshly make things. The service is a bit slow but they still get the job done within a reasonable time! The atmosphere is really good too, hardly is there ever any negativity in the area and I’d would highly recommend! 4/5 stars!

Well his would be the second time I ordered food and didn’t get everything I ordered. Shame on me for not checking, but never had real big issues till the last 2 times I have gone. This time ordered food for me and my daughter, got 2 number 2 meals and got it drove all the way back to falcon where we live and come to find out there was only one order in the bag. For the money you spend on their food you would think they would double check it to make sure it was all there! VERY DISAPPOINTED in this place right now. So the almost $30 I spent on food I paid for one meal and 2 drinks! The manager at this place will hear from me about this. What happened to this location? They have gone down hill the last few visits I made. I may not ever go here again, which is a shame because they were always quick and good. Now I gotta make something since I was shorted on a $30 meal! Thanks Chik-fil-a!!!
