Ordered pickup and when getting my 4 year old daughter a piece of pizza we found this large piece of plastic ( presumably from a cheese bag ) in her pizza. The picture for reference. Now I understand things happen but a piece of plastic this large shouldn’t have been overlooked. Management did refund our money for that pizza but we will not be returning after this incident.

The food (a chicken alfredo pizza and a pepperoni pizza) was delicious, and the price was a lot lower than I expected. I usually order via delivery, but I made a pick-up order this time. The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and very friendly. Awesome!

I ordered NYPD pizza tonight for pick up and my fiancé call up to talk to the manager because something was wrong with my hoagies and the manager had no problem fixing our order delivering it back to us at a our home and sending us a complementary cookie for the issues. I ordered a lot from cheviot location never a problem. This is the second time I’ve ordered at peach grove and the staff is rude and my pizza was a mess and greasy as hell. It looked like they dropped it and still gave it to me. I’m very disappointed in this location .

Food is generally great when I order but I had an issue on March second called made complaint and was told I had an credit called today to accept my credit and now there no recollection of my credit still no reply Like people have 37.99 or even 28.00 dollars to waste on a screwup order and not correct the problem
