We have not eaten from this location in a long time and, unfortunately, it has gone down hill. My wings are cold! An order a fries was missing from the order. Ranch was missing. I guess it was my mistake to order wings from here. Zaxby’s wings are the worst in town. Not to mention my daughter’s grilled cheese was overloaded with salt. I did give a star for the discount I got on the app. Definitely a disappointment and would not recommend.

You can see by the receipt I ordered one four fingers meal and one six fingers meal. I ordered the six-finger meal with no slaw extra toast I didn’t get the extra toast and only got four fingers. And I hate it when you don’t get what you paid for… Amen ✝️

It’s me Tracie!
As much as I love Zaxby’s the customer service in the evening when the younger crew works is almost non existent, some not all. They don’t greet you, grab your money or card and slam the window, almost throw your food at you without saying thank you. I’ll probably just start stopping at the one on 6th Avenue on my way home from work because the customer service there is better. The 2 star rating isn’t because of the food it’s the customer service.

Cheese bites were burnt. Sandwhich was made wrong and completely missing our wings. Paid for extra seasoning on fries didn’t get it. Soda machine is broken and making a mess all over the floor. Definitely will not be back to this location. Went back to correct order…. messed sandwhich up again and argued with us that they supposedly did give us the wings. They absolutely did not.
