We ate our Sunday dinner at Guthrie’s, 2 box meals @ $9.95 each. The boxes were listed on the board as having 5 oz. each chicken fingers and fries but the serving was closer to 7 oz. each and we were filled and happy before we finished! The manager even comp’ed us a card for a free box because we had a few minutes wait. Great food, plenty of sauce — we’ll be back!

The chicken was very good but beware, it arrives extremely HOT!!! My first bite burned me. I had to wait several minutes before I could eat it. The fries are hopelessly undercooked. I sent mine back and they cooked more for a longer time but half of those weren’t edible either. I asked them how long they cooked their fries and they said 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. I asked if I wanted 4 minute fries if they would make them. They answered YES so I will return there and try that. The clerk was very polite and helpful. Hope for the future.

I went by last Friday night at 9:50 pm, thinking they closed at 11:00 on Fridays. I went through the drive through and placed an order for 5 chicken strips and a small coleslaw. The attendant was friendly and told me to come to the window after telling me my total. I noticed it looked like they were cleaning the drink fountain to close up for the night. I asked if they were closing and she said yes, they close at 10:00. I apologized and said I didn’t want them to have to stay for me, but she kept saying it was fine, not a problem. They cooked me 5 fresh strips and filled my order fast and with smiles! I was so impressed with the Steller service at the Collierville location. Thank you so much to Ms. Kisha and the night crew!

I tried it for the first time just before my meeting. It was okay. The dipping sauce is not favorite. Don’t get me wrong it was a lot of food for the price point. The signs outside said, they were open! But it was only drive thru.
