Ordered two pizzas for dinner tonight. A large pan pizza with ham, pineapple, and banana peppers. The pizza was literally barely even dusted with toppings. What little ham and pineapple they put on it was only in the very center of the pizza. The banana peppers were dried out to the point they were dehydrated and crispy (gross!) My second pizza which was a a large specialty pizza, a Meat Lovers pizza, which they advertise as having over a pound of meat and cheese on it. Well NOT at this store! Again, it barely had any toppings on it. They didn’t even slice the pizzas all the way through! Is that too much to ask? I spent $30.94 on pizza that had fewer toppings than the frozen pizzas in the grocery store!! This store is a disgrace and should be ashamed to serve pizza like this to people. At a time in our world when the majority of us struggle to afford to put food on the table, and they think what they served me for over $30 was FINE?? What is wrong with you Pizza Hut of Whitsett? This is definitely not in compliance with what the Pizza Hut brand and franchise’s standard of quality is supposed to be and y’all know that. I got ripped off!

Awful experience at this restaurant. I wish there was a zero stars option. They refused to accept a coupon expiring 12/31/2022 which THEY published in the Alamance County NC Attractions Guide (see picture). I had used an exact same coupon 3 months earlier at this location which they accepted. Today, thay told me “Corporate” changed its mind on accepting the coupon. I paid $20 for the Attractions Guide, a fund raiser, to support my church and have the coupons to use. Thanks to this Pizza Hut location, my investment in the guide gave me nothing. To top things off, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the time they said online the pizza would be ready. Would highly discourage others from using this location.

I would like to give a shout out to the gentleman working all by himself today because his crew didn’t show up. He was pleasant and in good spirits when most people would have just quit. That man deserves a raise and some kind of bonus! Pizza Hut was my first job so I know how busy and hectic it can get there. Recognize your exceptional employees Pizza Hut. They’re the ones who keep customers coming back.

Ordered online for pickup. I showed up at the listed time and waited 47 minutes additional for my order. It was 17 minutes from the time the customer in front of me got their food until they even attempted to help me. My food had been sitting the entire time. I will not be returning.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. 2 hrs went by and no pizza. I went to the store to cancel my order. Lady said she was the only person there. She was going to give me the pizza that was sitting for 2 hrs til I said I don’t want it I want my money back. I will never order Pizza Hut again. This was the last time since the service is so bad. I will Oder from papa John’s for now on

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE! After waiting at the pick-up window for 10 minutes while three employees stood 2 feet from the cashier…no one even looked my way. The cashier waited on several customers and made a point to NOT make eye contact with me. When she finally opened the little door all she said was “name”. I told her I wasn’t sure if the drive-up window was even open and she had the audacity to tell me that she was “multitasking”. I’m not sure she even knows what that means!! The actual pizza was dry and the toppings tasted like they were old. I should have read the other reviews before I wasted my time and money. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE!!! -5 stars

After waiting 10- 15 minutes in drive thru, my pizza was overcooked and cold when I picked it up. Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. I won’t go back anytime soon. Try Mimi’s Pizza right down the road. A little more $$ but I wasted my money on Pizza Hut with this order.

The service my family and I had tonight 11/22/22, was completely unacceptable. My family and I placed an order for a Detroit pizza, a medium pizza with ham and pineapple, and brownies . The order was placed at 6:21PM and after waiting almost half an hour with no update… we then get an update that our order will be delivered by DoorDash and delivery time is 8:11PM!!! Two hours later!!! Then we get the pizzas and they are cold, and made with no sauce. We call the store to complain and get a “Dave” on the phone who, while trying to explain the situation to him, hangs up on me. He tells me the pizzas are not made with sauce but I know that is a lie because I have ordered these multiple times before. I am very upset with my evening and my family and I ended up eating peanut butter and jelly for dinner this evening. Thanks Pizza Hutt!
