I wouldn’t waste your time or your money going to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I have had the worst experience here with the service and just the place as a business in general. The employees that work there are completely rude and should not have a job that has to do with serving other people if they are going to be as rotten as they are. There’s one older woman here who apparently just doesn’t care how the product turns out. She doesn’t stir the drinks, and you can see a color difference between the top and bottom of the cup. And apparently she doesn’t care about measurements, it’s odd how you can order the same drink but sometimes it taste like tar, and sometimes it taste like a straight up cup of milk. The other employees seem to get it right everytime

You lost my service today when I got watered-down coffee for the second day in a row and wouldn’t take the time to fix the machine you were blaming it on. It’s expensive enough as it is!! I wouldn’t eat or work at this place ever again. Applied for the manager position, after two days training they filled out my paperwork for shift lead. Months later still no check. After calling multiple people (Mangers as well). and times still nothing. They are out of most products all the time. My husband used the restroom the young guy working at Dunkin was in the stall next to him flushed the toilet and walked out the stall didn’t wash his hands and went back to work. You should not stop here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Idk about the new people they got over there. But, they’re always out of everything. Paying customers are not even allowed to use the bathroom. And they close too early. Morning cook Mike is pretty good but by evening, everything gets messed up. I like the chic named Aj with the colored hair. Very polite.
