Stopped here for lunch after visiting Bishop Museum. Delicious food and friendly, fast service! I had the chicken sandwich plate and my wife had the pork and salmon combo plate. The mac was really yummy too, I wanted more lol. Would definitely eat here again!

Good, quick plate lunch with a bunch of seating. The chicken is reliable. The green salad came with ranch, not vinaigrette as the menu says. My friends liked the beef stew and the butterfish collars. They have basic fountain sodas, with they had iced tea or fresh lemonade or something more interesting.

Guava Smoked is amazing! My husband and I came here twice during our vacation in Oahu. The first time, we stopped in for lunch: we had excellent service! Our food came out fairly quickly, and tasted so fresh and delicious. We had the smoked salmon bellies plate with a side of mac salad and rice (best smoked salmon I’ve ever had!). The second time, we stopped in for dinner: again, the service was excellent and the food was delicious! I had a mixed plate with chicken and pork; my husband had a mixed plate with chicken and hamburger steak, side of mac salad and rice (their mac salad is so good!). I 100% recommend this place! Friendly staff, clean space, great service, and delicious food. Go here!

Went because of the reviews. To note: there are 3 parking spaces across the street in a fenced in area. Food-wise, amazing. I got the mixed plate with salmon belly and spicy pork with a side of mac. The food is a bit fatty so be prepared for that. But with fat comes flavor and they sure deliver when it comes to taste. The salmon is crispy but soft and tender. It crunches but melts in your mouth. The pork is amazing. It has a bit of a chew but it has great smoked bbq flavor- but not to the point that all you taste of the skin is smoke and carbon. All in all, an unassuming location with amazing food.

Just had lunch at this place. Super hidden gem. The guy running the front was chill and gave us some recommendations. We ended up ordering the smoked combo plate, with smoked pork and chicken. Yes yes yes!!! Omg it was the best we’ve ever had. The chicken was moist and had a great flavor. The pork was caramelized and juicy. Like yum!!! My mom got the chili…ehhhh was not good. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out big time. Went there 3 times within a month. Their smoking sauce is so good. So far I’ve had smoked chicken, smoked duck, smoked kalbi, smoked salmon belly, smoked butterfish, and loco moco and they’re all fresh and delicious. Drinks are refillable. Seating is wherever you prefer based on availability. There’s a balcony seating area as well for those who prefer to sit outside and look over the Kapahulu street. The staff is super friendly and always serve with Aloha same crew on Wednesdays around 2pm-4pm. Can’t wait for the next visit.
