First time I was here, the buns were ice cold… 2nd time was better but they seem to have an attitude if you ask for something. The burgers are okay. The service is not so great. If you don’t want to work, don’t work! Ketchup dispenser on the inside looks discolored. Not sure if it’s a mold. The ketchup packets were sticky n gross. The tables and the floors are always dirty. The inside kitchen had fries and food all over the place. I wouldn’t be surprised if they pick it up and give it to the customers.

Juicy and tender burger. I was worried about trying it because I didn’t like it when I tried it in Canada. Because it was dry and tasteless. But I’m glad I tried it here. The service is excellent and I also enjoyed the peanuts. Keep up the good work!

Just your average Five Guys. I’m a pescatarian, so I’ve only had their veggie sandwiches and fries, both of which are delicious. What makes this Five Guys slightly different is the location—it’s right by the waterfront. This can make for a very nice setting for a quick bite.

Fairly slow service but that’s why they have plenty of peanuts for you to eat while you wait the five to ten minutes. Fries have been at a low quality, most of the times the fries are drenched in oil as if when making them the oil was not hot enough, needs improvements. Parking is hard at time because of the many other stores in the commons. Overall quality is fair. Management has very low communication skills and I am forced to speak in Spanish because doesn’t understand. Went yesterday and the floor was wet and dirty.

Food is good like all 5 Guys but the new re-model is terrible. There are much fewer tables and all but one are 4+ seat tables. So if you are just one or two people, you’re taking a whole table, and let’s be honest, people don’t want to sit with strangers.

If you’re thinking of getting lots of fries, like most Five Guys… guess again! Every time I order from this branch! Large fries, cup isn’t even full and most times they don’t even give any “extras”! I’ve asked why they are so skimpy on fries when I’m paying for it, they just laugh it off. Most of the staff act ghetto or trash, not all! 2 stars because the burgers, shakes, and hot dogs are typically like most of their branches, good! Congrats on being my 3rd bad review!
