The person that greeted me and built my salad bowl didn’t seem to want to be here, but she did build a generous salad. The person that rang up my order was much more friendly. The salad bowl was piled high with fresh ingredients. Lettuce, black beans, sour cream, cheese, chicken & side vinaigrette. Dining area is clean but not spotless. The design of the dining area is open and interesting (not like any I’ve seen before). Music is too loud, so don’t count on carrying on a conversation here.

Disappointed with my order today. Initially I was given the wrong order and some else got my burrito bowl. They remade it, but it was really messy because they were so busy. I don’t normally go to this location, but I ordered ahead so I didn’t think I’d have any issues. My goal with to pick up my order and not linger in the restaurant for long time waiting, but that’s not what happened. The guy running the counter did a great job managing all the people and that was the only good thing about my trip to this location. Overall I didn’t have a good experience and probably won’t return anytime soon.

We always go to this location and always tip because I understand how customer service is really stressful, but today, the employees were really rude and slow. It was only us ordering and it took 15 minutes to get all our orders. They also made the quesadilla in a foil instead of using the containers like they advertise it. They put all the sauces in containers that ended up opening and spilling all over my clothes. And whys the guac always so brown and gross?

Service was excellent. We ordered 2 salads and one rice bowl. One with guacamole and one with queso. Total was $41. Not the problem.. problem was the amount of food we got for that amount. Below was my $14 salad. Can you at least fill bowl with lettuce?? All of our dishes were the same amount, yet the guy in front of us had a burrito they could barely roll!! Chipotle Portion control is way out of wack with pricing..

I went today at 1:40 to order food and I got a chicken quesadilla and I wanted to add corn inside the quesadilla but the person who was in the salsa line told me they couldn’t add corn inside my quesadilla which it’s very upsetting because I always come to this location and do the same order and never had an issue until today. Also, it’s very upsetting that they even burned my quesadilla. Literally had the paper stuck to the quesadilla. The cashier literally threw my food and was very impolite. I can’t believe Chipotle has very impolite employees. I hope this issue gets fixed.
