The 2 people who were the only staff there, were very nice. The problems we had were the flies everywhere, and the salad bar. Several of the items we put on our salads were spoiled. We had purchased 2 of the lunch deal, salad bar with 3 bread sticks for 9.99, plus 2 pizzas. They refunded the salad bar deals, but then charged us for the bread sticks at regular price. We didn’t even want the bread sticks. They just came with salad deal. The prices at this place are outrageous!!! The pizza was good, but not much toppings, and definitely not worth the prices they charge. The flies kept landing on it as we were trying to eat. The only reason we came to this restaurant is because it was my son’s birthday and he chose it. We had a pretty good experience there 2 years ago. We will not be going there again.

Can’t make a pizza correctly at this location. Don’t order from here unless you like missing toppings and bad service. I called (calmly) to get a refund and the worker hung up on me. I used to really enjoy Round Table, but I’m done being a customer.

I’ve shopped here multiple times in the past and since the woman I’ve been dating now for 4 years is gluten intolerant I could only do this on nights she wasn’t home or with spoiling me so I was so happy when they started offering gluten-free pizza but the best part is their staff for the most part is amazing and they go out of their way to give you the best deals and customer service … Hate to name drop but in particular.. Will and Taylor are on top of their game and superstar on customer service and actually helping you out to the best possible experience they can dine in or take out ! Just between their service alone makes me addicted to this place because at my work I always try to provide that and it’s nice to see it returned for once!! I used to always go to Westwood round table when I lived in Anderson now I live in Shasta Lake City and I actually don’t require that I get better service here then I did there and I was the huge customer and still am they’re always extremely reasonable and understanding and care for not only the new customer but the season vet

So sad how downhill Round Table has become. Worst experience tonight that I have ever had. I have to say the people behind the counter making the pizza we’re working very hard. Busy little bees. However, I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes. Five employees looked at us did not acknowledge myself, or the other people there, no one has been helped. Even after asking if there was anybody working at the front counter all eyes looked up at me. No one said a word to me. No one said will be right with you. Not one acknowledgment that we were standing there. 10 minutes later I get my pizza completely under cooked a waste of $37 and my time picking it up. I will not be returning again .

Whatever you do don’t order for delivery. I’m sure they’re working hard in there, but I experienced the same problem a few months ago. Ordered a pizza and took over two hours to deliver. The delivery guy was very kind. However, maybe there needs to be a better system for delivery orders to help their employees out – cut off the ability to online order if they need to, give a more realistic delivery time estimate, have a different protocol for letting customers know what is going on with their order especially if it’s going to be an hour late, etc. I don’t know. But won’t be doing this again.

Round Table on Lake Blvd is a total frustrating waste of time if you’re looking for a great pizza… Every time we do an online order we either get a burnt pizza, a raw pizza, or it’s not ready at pickup time and have to wait 15 to 20 minutes, which completely defeats the online ordering process. Well tonight which will be the LAST time we order from this Round Table, because they overcharged us $6.26 and I spoke with the manager who refused to give me his name and accused me of being unprofessional because I asked for the overcharged money back. Oh I don’t want to forget to mention that the over charge of $6 and apparently tax on that equals $6.26 was a delivery fee. I explained to him I placed the order online for carryout we did not have the pizza delivered. He insisted I bring proof into the store tomorrow morning if I want to get the credit back for my purchase that they overcharged me on. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! And apparently now I have to be inconvenience on a Saturday morning because of their error there are a lot of great pizza options out there and if I order again from a Round Table it will definitely not be the one on Lake Blvd.
