not happy with past 2 visits. very basic order. medium pan one topping. the bake was weird…cheese was a mess and texture was off. we ate 2 slices and disposed of the rest. wasteful and disappointing. I will say prior to the last 2 visits the quality was better so 3 stars. photos are when we opened the box and what we threw away

Created my own pizza & the first one was similar to a meat lovers which was delicious ! My second pizza had chicken , spinach & bacon on thin crust , my spinach and toppings where a little burnt so it didn’t taste as good . We also did drive up carry out , we called when we where there and they had us waiting outside for 15+ min for two medium pizzas which was ridiculous. We got tired of waiting & just went in ourselves to pick it up .

Feta breadsticks had no feta. Was hollow with ceddar cheese and one piece of spinach. Chicken carbanra had no Alfredo sauce. Been awhile since I ordered from there. Will be a very long time if ever to order from there again.

Not happy with my order. Was having company so it was important to have it “right”. I ordered the spinach feta stuffed bread, but when I got my order home it was just very dry cheese bread. According to the menu the wings should have been one of the $6.99 items but on my receipt (looked at after I got home), mine were $9.99. They were not specialty wings. Even my 2 pizzas were dry and tasteless.

Good evening Dominos on Rice Rd from your next door neighbor and ex-loyal patron of your business. We ordered two pizzas last evening, both burnt and devoid of seasoning or oil on the crust. If I wanted burnt dry crust I would go to Pizza Shoppe. While we have been consistent and continual customers of this Domino’s, our experiences have not been consistent. We have a good experience about half the time, the other half of the time the pizzas are burnt. When I asked for them to replace our pizzas (that we ordered at night, because when else do you eat pizza?) from last night, I was told they would replace it. When I arrived at the store a manager was waiting for me to tell me that they would not replace our pizzas because it was a new business day. Interestingly the dominos box says that if I am not satisfied they will make it right. Well here I am Dominos, I am waiting for you to make it right.
