Glad I could get my pizza 20 min late and have to pop it in the microwave myself. Against my better judgement my wife chose Pizza Hut and like usual we pay the price. Cold pizza, breadsticks, and melts. I hope this time she’ll listen to me and choose somewhere else.

I deliver for Door Dash, and the gentleman that gave me my order yesterday totally made my day! I wish I could remember his name but I won’t forget that he gave me a pizza bag for free! On the DD site these bags are $15 and they hold like 4-6 pizzas! I know it’s not a lot but it’s the simple courtesies that really touch my heart. Kindness over profit is absolutely amazing. Thank you Pizza Hut employee, you’re a treasure to your job.

I’m sharing this review because the last couple of times, it has not been good. We ordered the dinner box to be delivered at 7:30. I called at 8:00, apparently there was a computer error, finally received our order at 8:40. I feel like if I did not call, it would have been even later. We ordered the dinner box. One meat lovers with extra sauce, one half cheese / half pepperoni. Order was wrong(no extra sauce no half cheese) Pizza was burned, breadsticks were overcooked, pizzas were barely warm. The delivery guy was very nice though

I recently had an order and it was a half hour late from estimated delivery time. Tonight we put another order in and it was late so we called to make sure everything was all right. We were left on hold for ten minutes. We hung up and called back and put on hold again. I have had many orders with this store delivered late or wrong. The employees are incompetent at best. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I order from this Pizza Hut about once a month or so, have been for a few years. The vast majority of my experiences have been fantastic, and I’ve always at the least been satisfied. There have only been a few times I’ve had a problem, but it’s usually just a simple mistake, like a missing topping or something – nothing to get worked up about. I live nearby, so from placing my order to delivery completion is usually fast, and the drivers have always been professional and friendly. The food is almost always piping hot, well made, and delicious. I like Pizza Hut in general because I know what to expect, it’s pretty good for what it is and the price, and they often have good deals. I love that I can count on my local Pizza Hut to bring me a hot pizza just the way I want it, and quick. Thanks a lot guys!!

I don’t know if the pizza hut near northwest boulevard was low on the seasoning they use for the pizza melts but I was hoping for that the taste wasn’t the same without that on top. Besides that it was fine.

Sent me 2 cheese pizzas instead of my Philly cheesesteak and pepperoni pizza. Called customer service hung up 8 times. And there is no phone # to the actual store. Please fix this I love pizza hut

I did try and talk to someone at the resturant but after being on hold for 10 mins. I hung up. I ordered a double order of breadsticks and they have next to no flavoring on them at all. They taste like just bread. The ones that have a few small sprinkles, taste TERRIBLE!!! They actually look, feel and taste old to me. I got them to eat with dinner I had cooked at home and now I wish I just went some where else.

I placed my order at 11:09 pm, and received a text an hour later saying my order was being delivered by doordash. However, I never ended up receiving my order even though my card was charged and there clearly was no attempt at delivery to my location, which is monitored by security cameras

Not sure what on earth happened to Pizza Hut or their marinara sauce, but if you want some okay ish tasting food that has a weird after taste, and to puke your guts out all night… then absolutely recommend.. if not… avoid it like I will be forever now.
