Was here to pick up a.Door Dash. The girls working were very slow and were too busy chatting with each other and an employee who came in on her day off. I waited over 15 minutes for a pickup of 2 combo plates. The manager came out and realized I had been waiting so long and got on the employees. This still did nothing to speed them up. Manager was great but the rest were not.

We had almost given up on this location but gave it another chance and it is still bad. Came in to order and they had no rice made so had to wait for that but had to go ahead and pay. Then by the time the rice was done they were out of the other that we had ordered because they did not fill that part before making us wait for rice. It will be the last time we go here and while they may not miss just our business there were several other customers as frustrated as we were! After a 23 minute for rice and smallest portions I have ever gotten, we got to leave. I also have to add the manager is absolutely horrible and so incredibly rude and belittling to the staff who can only do what she allows them to. I told the young man he didn’t deserve that treatment and he said it was always like that! Perhaps that is why they are always short staffed! Won’t return to this location again.
