My husband and I travel all over the world and Chinese food is one of our favorites. Tonight we have Red Pine a try, and I am SO glad we did. We had a reservation and were sat immediately upon arrival. Our server was lovely, informative and describes the dishes in great detail. When I saw soup dumplings on the menu, I felt like a kid in a candy shop! Literally my favorite Chinese food and these topped any I have ever had. The general Tso’s chicken and Dan Dan noodles were SO flavorful. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this meal. The cocktail list is an exciting one with many drinks I wanted to try. Great job! We aren’t easy to impress. Can’t wait to come back!

Our server was Nick, he was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable about the Hong Kong cuisine. Eggrolls were delicious. Nick recommended the soup dumplings with black vinegar. He opened up the soup dumpling and drizzled a little bit of the black vinegar inside which gave it an interesting flavor. Black vinegar is like a sweeter and not as pungent, balsamic vinegar. For the main course we had sesame beef, noodles with roasted duck on top, and a side dish of sautéed peapods. The only complaint was the noodle dish which did not have much flavor with the exception of the duck. I thought the appetizers were the best part of the meal. The restaurant has only been open two months so still need to work out the kinks.

Took my husband here for date night. Although it was difficult to find, it was WELL WORTH IT! From the moment we walked in we were immediately impressed by the beauty of the restaurant and the lovely young ladies at the host stand. Our table was waiting for us as soon as we arrived! We were extremely impressed with the delicious Chinese food which was impossible to find prior to Red Pine as well as the service and management. Our server, Traceyann was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. Ana, the GM, was present throughout the evening checking on tables to make sure that everything was perfect. The manager, Charlie, was friendly and readily available to provide anything needed. The food was exceptional from beginning to end. We will DEFINITELY returning to this delightful restaurant.

I specifically asked which vegetables.Waiter specifically told me mushrooms, bok choy.snowpeas, carrots. I was served 1 small bok choy cut in 4ths, a few nicely cut carrots, lots of snowpeas and heavy on the black and white sesame seeds. The waiter says they didn’t have mushrooms. I asked for the manager and asked why there were no mushrooms. He said he’ll see what he can do. 20 minutes later, Manager Mike brings back a plate with bok choy, snow, peas and carrots. I poked around the dish-and I didn’t see mushrooms. As I was poking around the dish he showed me these little sliver threads.Manager says these are mushrooms. These were not mushrooms. I tasted IT. I don’t know what it was, but they were not mushrooms. You will see in this picture vegetables and no mushrooms. The manager said this is what we have.I gave it back to him. My husband enjoyed wonton in the soup but not the soup broth, his beef with broccoli was mostly broccoli but he said it was ok. They charge $5 for white rice. We are in Boca Raton, in this town Cauliflower rice should be offered as a side. Our Martini was $20. And not only was it not a full martini they charge more than Abe and Louis, Houston’s, NY Prime, JAlexanders to name a few. I was never charged $20 for my Casa Migos Martini. The manager said “he’ll look into that.”

Came to Red Pine for the first time on date night and loved the Asian vibe and decor. It was fun to reconnect with Ana, the GM, who we know from her previous position. The Chinese menu was varied, and the food was outrageously delicious. Finally a Chinese restaurant that’s authentic and upscale. Service by Traceyann and the attentive Manager, Charlie, couldn’t be beat. A wonderful experience to be repeated soon!

We had the best time. Excellent upscale Chinese cuisine, nothing like it in the area. Ana the general manager made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Our waiter Greg was friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere was perfect for a birthday date night out! Highly recommend. We will be back!
