It was our first time dining here and we had a wonderful experience. I love the ambiance and layout, it’s rather intimate, a great spot for a date night. The service was great from the hostess to our waiter and the dishes were simple yet very flavorful. Great spot for a romantic night out. Extensive wine selection too. Highly recommend.

Very good food and service, just extremely expensive. For 6 of us the bill was $1400 (tip included). We ordered the cutting board appetizer, steak, mushroom specials, wine, but it was still a bit eye opening when the check arrived.

5 stars is not enough. Luca, the owner has brought a piece of Italy to Hermosa Beach. My wife’s family is Italian, and believe me it is hard to find authentic food in comparison to her family’s home cooking. Sosta’s menu is incredible, and every dish we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly authentic Italian experience. We will definitely be back!

Just go! Sosta hits the “trifecta” with its small, yet beautifully curated menu, exceptional service, while making you feel like your family. Sosta takes traditional dishes and without “over engineering” them, adds a subtle, nuanced twist. The Buffalo mozzarella with anchovies was amazing. The salty anchovies perfectly complimented the creamy mozzarella. like soft pillows from heaven, the gnocchi was cooked to perfection. For dessert I had their freshly made tiramisu. I can’t wait to go back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grazie Mille, Luca and staff. I can’t wait to come back
