Ordered on the app… Pizza wasn’t ready till 12 minutes after the ready window that was given by the app. The pizza was floppy and thin and it wasn’t supposed to be a thin crust. I’ve had pizza from other little Caesars locations and this sauce even tasted different. As far as atmosphere, the guy pacing back and forth right outside as if he was either looking to buy or sell drugs or rob someone made the extra wait time more uncomfortable but I guess I can’t blame little Caesars because I’m guessing they didn’t hire him to slowly pace back and forth in front of the store…. Maybe he was waiting for a pizza too but he never stepped foot inside.

We waited almost an hour for our pizzas. There were people who were there for longer and left without food. The staging area had tons of pizza that never made it out front. Tickets kept printing and were consistantly lost or forgotten about. The employee working the front counter was rude and disrespectful to customers and employees alike. Terrible experience and horrible customer service.
