The staff is always very welcoming and fast paced. They recently added smoothies to their menu which are awesome. Definitely would recommend the wild berry smoothie for anyone wondering what to try first! And don’t forget to ask about their punch cards!

My daughter treated me to a drink from Rise and Grind. I had a sugar free marshmallow latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It was amazing! The staff was friendly also. Will definitely be going back.

Very tasty breakfast sandwich. I ordered the sausage egg and Monterey Jack cheese sandwich. It was just spicy enough to tingle my tongue. I really enjoy it ! Quick service and they helped me carry my order to the car because I was on crutches.

I stopped here for a quick pick me up while I drove through OK and I’m so glad I did! It was a little hard to find for someone not from the area but it just gave me the excuse to walk around a bit. The staff and owner were super friendly and they have cute little dog treat cups so my dog got a little afternoon pick me up as well 🙂 I didn’t try any of the pastries, but they all looked amazing. Coffee was perfect as well!

Not only do they roast their coffee beans themselves, you can taste the love behind each cup of coffee. They took a drink I normally get at one of the big name coffee chains and made it EVEN BETTER! Great prices, great atmosphere and great people. Definitely going back as often as I can!
