I came in this afternoon for lunch take out. I got double cheeseburgers, double deluxe cheeseburger, fries, sweet teas and hot fudge sundae for myself and my husband. It was all delicious and done right. Atmosphere is great, the people who work here are great. Really enjoyed it!

The service was NOT the best. The young lady was very rude. I ordered the chocolate dipped ice cream cone and a meal. I asked for an extra chocolate dip ( to make sure it was hard) bc the last time I went it was super soft. I asked if she did more than one dip she just stood there looking at me. I asked again nothing. I said thanks and left bc maybe she was having a bad day no hard feelings. I went to the grocery store found the “Smuckers magic chocolate shell” and now I make my own. Will not go back to this location.

While standing in line I saw the old fries already sitting. Tried to give me re-dropped fries. I asked for fresh ones the guy told me that they were fresh. I literally watch that other guy re-drop them and tried to pass them off as fresh (while being dark brown) I said well just refund me then he said okay I’ll get fresh ones. Then gave me two dirty trays and said they were clean. I showed the man and lady the dry ketchup!

The ice cream just doesn’t taste good has a weird taste to it the machines probably ain’t getting proper cleaning and honestly the food be old and cold make y’all chicken fresh we don’t want cold re-heated chicken strips for the price we paying which is pretty expensive the food should be fresh and not old and cold also ordered a mini banana split blizzard it was just watery literally wasn’t a blizzard .
