This was my 1st time trying this restaurant. I found them on Google and decided to support a different local business, than the one I would normally support. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, by a kind man sitting on a stool in the lobby and a young man behind the counter. The inside of the restaurant is clean and neat. Unfortunately, I only took pictures of the menu and food for this visit. I was indecisive on what to order, so the owner provided a few suggestions based on some options I gave him. I decided on 2 piece chicken tenders & fries combo, ocean perch, and banana pudding. The chicken tenders were tossed in a buttery ranch sauce (so happy I listened to the owner’s suggestion). EVERYTHING tasted amazing. It was hot and perfectly seasoned. Very reasonable prices. They have definitely gained a new customer!

So today we ordered whole wings with lemon pepper, a fish sandwich, a beef polish and cream cheese jalapeño poppers. Everything was cooked fresh to order and everyone enjoyed our food! Especially the wings and the beef polish. The grape kool aid was a refreshing treat it wasn’t too sweet and was just right for a warm summer evening.

I was in the area, and I’ve been craving real wings. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Wing Kingz a try. I knew the second I walked in that I wouldn’t be disappointed. E, behind the counter, helped me find a sauce that the family would appreciate (boneless Sweet BBQ), and I got some Mild Buffalo flats. Even after a 20min drive home, they were amazing. So much better than chain restaurants. The boneless wings had plenty of real meat, but still a nice crunch of the breading. The sweet BBQ sauce was perfect for the kids who don’t like hot sauce. The mild buffalo was delicious for me. I can’t handle a lot of heat, so they were enough for me to enjoy the buffalo flavor without causing any pain. I love that the wings weren’t too greasy, overly breaded, or swimming in artificial sauce. The perfect balance. Even with a 40min round trip, I will definitely be back for some more fresh Wing Kingz food.

My husband and I are obsessed with this place! I always get the boneless wings and the breading is perfectly crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. There is always a ton of sauce and none of the wing gets missed. The owners and the employees are awesome, to boot — it seriously somehow makes the wings taste even better

Delicious pickle spears! Great dipped in ranch. Appreciated the okra too and the spicy cauliflower, fried, was wonderful. Tenders were crispy and juicy.

Not only were the staff welcoming and friendly, the food was impeccable too! Everything was prepared fresh and served hot, and the meal we ate tasted fantastic. The wings were wonderful, the fries were seasoned splendidly, and the Kamikaze drink we got was also delicious. I can’t say that a single bite went uneaten! Wing Kingz is definitely a great place to go for wings in the Grand Rapids area, I would even go so far as to call it the best place I’ve had chicken here! There’s so many flavors and menu options available that we’ll definitely have to come back for more.

Everything here is so good and It is a family business. Even though it’s take out the family feel is there. If you love chicken/fish, yummy sauces, (and a variety of other things) , home made desserts, and good every time. My normal is the Big Cat (catfish sandwich) and my husband gets the catfish and fries with the works. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I tried them for the first time and they did not disappoint! We both split bone in and boneless wings with sweet bbq and spicy garlic sauces. The sweet bbq was pretty good, but the spicy garlic was awesome! The French fries with the house seasoning were fantastic as well! We also tried the polish dog with bbq sauce and grilled onions and it was really good too. For a drink, I highly recommend the Kamikaze Kool-Aid as well. Overall we will definitely be going back!
