Family owned restaurant that is still in the growing phase. The food is fantastic. I’ve had jerk chicken and pork, and a friend had the oxtails, all excellent. The service can be slow and the selection limited, typical of a small, growing, family run place, but they are always exceedingly polite and friendly.

When you go to a Jamaican restaurant and order jerk chicken you should get jerk chicken.. what I had was not jerk chicken at all, the curry was watery and the roti was absolutely not roti.. the sorrel was sugar water, I think they forget to add the sorrel.. save your money and go somewhere else..

The service was acceptable. The food was dry and the chicken dinner was not well seasoned. The rice and peas was dry and poorly seasoned. If you are getting a carry out pease check to make sure all of your food is there. The chicken wings are actually pretty good. The sauce for the chicken is also good. The greens are great.

I Ate Here One Time A Few Weeks Ago I Ordered The Oxtail Dinner With Cabbage & Red Beans & Rice(Rice Was Dry & Hard) The Food Was Pretty Decent For Me To Come & Try Again As I Had Been Searching For Some REAL Caribbean Food Around Cincinnati .. I’m Disappointed Today I Tried The Jerk Chicken Wing Dinner With The Same Sides & I Have To Say I’m Disaapointed In The Whole Meal .. Not Sure What Jerk Sauce This Is But I’m Definitely Not Used To It It’s Tastes Sweet No Spice To It Really. My Chicken Wings Taste Very Much Old My Cabbage Is Bland & The Rice Taste The Same As It Did The First Time I Tried It . I Was Craving This Being Pregnant & All But My Taste Buds Are Not Satisfied In The Least Bit. For The Price I Think All Food Should Be Made To Order. Had lunch at Jamaica Mon on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. We sat at the bar initially for a drink then over to a booth for our meal. Rikki (aka Stereo) made my fiancee a perfect strawberry margarita. I had a jerk chicken sandwich and my fiancee had the oxtail. Stereo waited on our table, tended to patrons at the bar, took incoming phone orders and dealt with walk-in orders all at the same time ALL BY HERSELF! The food and service were both great and we can’t wait to come back again! 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
