My donut was served upside down in the bag. The person who served it touched the computer screen and then handled my donut. My large ice caramel signature coffee was served without caramel on top. Someone off the clock walked in from her car and stood behind the counter, talking to the person making my coffee. That person handed her my coffee without paying attention. She hit a bar that was unclean, knocking off the whipped cream on the bar. The service was poor and unprofessional.

Pleased with my recent visit to this Dunkin location. The staff was very pleasant and the coffee was made exactly how I ordered it. I visited this location during a recent trip to Penn State taking the exit off RT 322. It felt much further than a mile away off the exit, but, was pleased I stopped by for a good cup of coffee.

Always as quick as they can be: even under pressure. Very rarely do I have more than a two minute wait for a drink. Online ordering is great too. I’ve never had a mixup here but I’ve seen other customers taken care of with great professionalism if a mistake was made. They do a very good job here.

I reached out to Rachel, the Store Manager, and asked if she could accommodate a large coffee order on short notice. Rachel was very willing to help and the price was very reasonable for the amount of coffee we would have needed. Unfortunately we didn’t need the order, but she was amazing and understanding! Seemed understaffed, not the employees fault. But the building itself was very dirty. Not dirty because the employees didn’t have time to wipe off tables after someone left, dirty in places where there was obvious signs of build up. Needs a deep clean and various building repairs.
