Food is good, I’m sure the people are nice, but delivery is ALWAYS about an hour or two late (if not more). It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but I mean it is ALWAYS late & has been for years. I work less than 2 miles from the store & everyone employed here knows to order their food 3 hours in advance & have it delivered 2 hours in advance.

I live just up the road. Every time I order it takes over an hour for 1 to 4 sandwiches. Today it was 2. By the time it comes my sandwich is soggy… never get them replaced.. I’ve had to call the last few times I’ve ordered just to see of there’s still food coming. I could literally walk there and back faster..

Terrible service, they set their debit card reader to not accept the card, unless you give them your card to manually be entered by them, so they can have access to your card numbers, expiration date, and security numbers. Scary place, now I have to go to my Bank and get a new card so I can sleep at night!

Done eating here bad customer service consistently and they often dont stick with their hours . Takes alot for me to leave a bad review especially within the small community here but these guys have proven they simply dont care about their customers so i wont be taking my family or self to eat here any longer . I called before i drove 20 min downtown to make sure they were open until 7 as their hours are often inconsistent and they said yes , i get there 20 min later at 6:30 they were closed , i called and the people inside answered and could care less about what happened . I wont support companies who dont put their customers first .

I’ve ordered from this location for at least 8 years. Only occasional hiccup. However, the past month or so has been horrible. Placing an order ahead of time does nothing to help them plan. No more speedy service – past 4 or 5 orders were over an hour. And the items requested aren’t being met. I understand you are short staffed, but if you are going to be over an hour in response to deliveries, take the time to read over the order to make sure the items are correct. Make us happy when the order finally gets here. And the female store manager needs a new job – she doesn’t understand customer service at all. Please go back to your amazing customer service and accuracy!!

Ordered online at 1:13pm. Received my delivery at 2:49pm. I am LESS than a half mile away from their store. This is not the first time it has taken over an HOUR to get a single sandwich. Waiting 1 hour and 36 minutes for a tuna sub is crazy. So much for “freaky fast” delivery. Between that, the rude service when inquiring about the status of my sandwich (after waiting 45 minutes to call) and the reduced hours, I’m done.

After waiting 25 minutes for my delivery. I called in and the employee working told me that the driver forgot to get a drink for a completely diffrent order and it would be five more minutes.
