No interaction with employees except to ask their back for your cup as they walk away from plunking the tray down on the counter. Food was fresh and portions were good. Restroom was clean. Way too cold inside, Taco Bells infamous freeze em so they don’t stay long tactics at work here I’m sure.

My wife and I just finished a huge landscaping job in Mulino and thought it would be great to grab some Taco Bell in Molalla. The website says they’re open until 1am. That being said, my wife ordered via her app at 9:58pm and had no way of knowing that they now closed at 10. Because of this, the staff member decided to be extremely rude and short with her like we had offended him by ordering food. She also ordered a steak crunchwrap box and even though the wrap was clearly marked steak, they decided to give me ground beef and charge us for the steak instead. She also ordered and was subsequently charged for sour cream on our tacos and low and behold, no sour cream. This is unacceptable and completely unnecessary. We will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office immediately. Do not recommend this particular location. Have pictures of the incompetence and forwarding to corporate office.

So with being the only customer in here at the moment, I will start by assuming an employee used the only curbside parking space that wasn’t for order pickup or handicapped. 2 order screens horribly positives as you enter the door bnear the trash can. One of which is defective. After ordering, and customizing to eat in. We get called for an order to go, without a cup for a drink, and the customized crunchwrap unmarked/undesignated from the other. The hash brown patty was soggy and greasy, but the crunchwrap was good.

February 2023 update: Went in after midnight and ordered two Mexican Pizzas. The shell tasted like soapy, plastic. Please watch your hold times on your food. I tried calling several times, but no one would/could pick up. If you’re not getting hold times properly, what else besides shells could be past time to throw out?

Okay so wanted the Mexican pizza easy beans extra beef they no longer sell those so my next go to would have been a big beef burrito supreme easy beans extra beef this is what I got. Last time I heard a big beef burrito supreme had beans beef lettuce tomato onion red sauce cheese and sour cream . While the sour cream may have melted I didn’t taste any sour cream in it and as you can see there’s a couple pieces of slivers of lettuce and a couple tomatoes I think they actually got the easy beans extra beef but still pathetic amount of beef thanks everyone.. portion control goes both ways they must have a standard . I do believe I’m going to give up going to Taco Bell for a long time

Possibly the saddest and most disgusting Doritos taco I have ever seen. I even had to pull around and wait in the parking lot for this pathetic used diaper of a taco. Whoever made this taco has completely given up on life. I didn’t ask for no cheese, btw.

Worst Taco Bell location ever!!!! They need to learn to read their orders!!! I ordered the potato bowl with cheese, add meat and no sour cream… so I get charged for the meat no meat on it and they add sour cream to it!!! It’s not like I could just take it right back to them as I got it door dashed to me!

They are charging 1.99 for a plain crunchy beef taco and it was only about half full and taco shell is stale. Worst food I have ever had at a Taco Bell.

Went to buy dinner around 11 pm and there was no line so I decided to get a quesadilla with 3 crunchy tacos … when I opened the tacos there was barely any meat , too much sour cream and it was COLD. Last time I’ll ever eat at any Taco Bell. I should’ve gone to McDonald’s instead.

Honestly I really like this taco bell location. You can’t use the app here or for the one in Canby, please stop trying. Delete the app and just go to the taco bell. But anyways, they’ve never put meat on any of the vegetarian stuff I’ve ordered and that’s really where my only standard is. I can’t say that about any other taco bell location I’ve been to. Also, the workers here are actually very nice.
