Yesterday I went through the drive thru, I had a slim 1, #12 and #9 with all the freebies. While the service was quick and pleasant, the sandwiches were not. While eating my #9, I pulled pink hair out of my mouth…As I am looking through my sandwich, I found more little strands of pink hair. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered earlier today, a gargantuan and a number 15. They had, upon request, scooped on some of the stuff from the pickle container. It made for the most exquisitely delicious sandwich I have ever ordered from a Jimmy John’s. Keep it up.

The thin Caucasian woman with glasses and a headset was yelling over the cashier and I’s conversation. I would ask him a question And she’d yell over his shoulder in an annoyed unpleasant assertive manner as if he wasn’t capable of talking to me himself. It made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave without buying anything. I was also on my lunch break and trying to order quickly. Would not recommend this place until she’s gone.

Very disappointed with my visit. I was first told when I arrived the store had been out of ranch all day. This is one of the main reasons I enjoy Jimmy John’s. I was then handed my bag and told to have a good night. I got home only to realize they had forgotten my beverage. Yes I should have remembered but was throw off by the No ranch. Drive back and they replace it no issues. Come home and eat my “ok” sub. Had maybe 2 thin slices of ham on the entire sandwich. Went to enjoy my chocolate chip cookie only to realize it is oatmeal raisin. Over all not a great experience.
