There is so much hate about this location. I don’t understand why they would choose to remove the soda fountains from the lobby. Customers cannot get refills, and if they ask for a refill, they are given a whole new cup and straw, which is completely wasteful, and can’t be cost-effective. The staff member took my order without ever making eye contact or welcoming me. While I was eating, there were at least three other customers who were having problems with their orders, and asking to speak to the manager. One customer was complaining that their soda tasted horrible and something was wrong with the syrup. The manager just said “it’s fine” and she and the other employees were talking amongst themselves in Spanish at the front counter.

I cannot say enough how frustrating this location is. Poor customer service except very few people who works in the morning. Employees barely making an eye contact if any while others too busy texting on their phone at the drive through window. The ice cream/shake machine is consistently broke pretty much every day close to 9 pm and after. And good luck with making your order right. It’s either you are missing something or you get something you don’t want on your food: pickles, onions, etc. The worst McDonald’s in Elk Grove area regardless what time you are coming.

In the drive though use the right lane. It goes faster because of the way the curb is designed. The car ahead of you can pull all the way forward and you can start your order. The left lane order booth gets blocked by the tail of the car that just ordered and you have to wait until it’s completely gone before you can even begin to order.

I recently moved to the area from out of state. I usually use Apple Pay for purchases via the app. The app wasn’t working and I paid with my credit card at the drive thru. A week later my credit card company alerted me that I had suspicious activity. Someone attempted to use my card for online purchases.

Very friendly and efficient staff members. It was my first time using the app and I was getting mildly confused. They were so helpful. We also got a meal, but ate it before I started reviewing. This was the only picture I actually took my kids are highly upset the food was all wrong and fries where stale and Luke warm definitely won’t be going back to this one…… this was only supposed have cheese on it, two cheeseburgers with no pickle both had pickles, and we were supposed to have a plain cheeseburger that every condiment known to man kind on it….

I normally do not eat fast food, but sometimes you have to live alittle . I love this McDonalds because it is very convenient for us if we decide to love alittle that day. Fries are ALWAYS FRESH and not over fried (possibly re-fried) unlike other locations where you can tell it has been sitting under the heating lamp for quite sometime. The service was kind and courteous. They also place the items in the bag in an orderly fashion! Some places (drive thru) are known to just stuff the bags to where the fries fall out of the little boxes, the napkins get oil all over them, or when they throw the ketchup packets in the box with the fries then put it in the bag which is a sanitation issue. The locations had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, the trash was not over flowing outside the store and in the lobbies and bathrooms, the bathrooms were in a clean state and not smelly, and the tables were actually wiped down in the looby! .Thank you for doing your jobs and keeping it organized and clean . Keep it up!
