Waited for 45 mins for a few burgers and some fries. None of our food was correct, and while waiting for a food for so long, see a half smoked cigarette sitting back in the kitchen on the counter near where our food was being made just topped it off. One younger lady was really nice and had good customer service the rest were pretty questionable. I usually try to cut most people some slack and chalk it up as they are having a bad day but the cigarette was too far. Do better.

My cheeseburger came without a beef patty. (Yes, you read that right.) The food was lukewarm at best. The fries were mushy. We waited nine minutes in the drive thru line with three cars ahead of us then another five minutes in a designated pickup spot before receiving our order. This location used to be the best, quickest, friendliest stop on our road trips but something has changed to make the restaurant go downhill. This is not the first time we have been disappointed with this location… We will not be back.

Most discusting place I’ve been to. All the tables where dirty there was hasbrowns on the floor from the morning there was fries on the ground and I think even mold. Keep in mind we went at 1:00pm which means they didn’t clean since the morning. I was waiting for thirty minutes for my food and nothing so I ended getting a refund and the lady messed up and didn’t want to refund me all my money the Kitchen was DISCUSTING lady with the green shirt and silver hair went to the corner touched a Sandwitch with her bare hands. It was so discusting. There was food on the tables from previous guests. Please don’t stop here.

This McDonald’s is one of the more mediocre ones near us. The last time we when in it took about 20 minutes to get a 10 piece chicken nugget, when there were only 3 other customers there. The food was still relative good, but ultimately I was not entirely satisfied.

I did not receive my $5 sandwich that I used reward points to receive. Called the store and they basically said the only thing they can do was get me a sandwich when I come through again. You just have to refund people if mistakes are made. I would be shocked if McDonald’s doesn’t have a way to do this. Double check orders especially when it’s slow like it was when we were there.

Convenient off the highway for a stop, but that is about it. Dirty, ignored by staff when trying to order and barely warm coffee when it finally arrived. Small parking area outside and drive thru also available. Possibly one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited.
