This place was awesome. I was out of town for work and figured lets try it. I was very pleased with service and the food was amazing. I got the diablo burrito and it was delicious. They also know how to pour a drink for the working man. Lol. Highly recommend this place!!!

My vote for the best Mexican food in town! Coming from Columbus, I never did find any place there that could compete with Las Trancas. The salsa alone is enough to recommend eating here. It is just the right balance- not too thick and chunky, not too thin and watery; not too hot and spicy, not too mild and bland. I have tried something different every time e we go here, and I still haven’t found anything I don’t love!

Delicious meal. I had a dish served in a pineapple, with chicken,green peppers,onion,and cheese. It includes rice lettuce,sour cream,tomatoes, and 3 tortillas on the side. We had flan for dessert and it was perfect! The server was a little slow,but friendly. Plenty to choose from.on their menu,including a few dishes I’ve never seen in other Mexican restaurants.

We have eaten there many times, including holidays. They always seat you right away, chips and salsa come right out, the portions are large, food is excellent. They even fix a dish for each of us that is not on the menu. It is very reasonable and had always been great. Service is friendly and quick.

Disappointing visit today. Ordered starter, never received, but fortunately also not charged. Server not interested in listening, eager to take off from the table when we were ordering. Food was lukewarm. Had much better visits previous times. Never checked on us except to ask about dessert as he was walking by.
