Placed order at 5:21 and 2 hours later still don’t have my order. Finally called store lady was very rude when answer phone. Said server called out and she’s supposed to be driver but because server didn’t show she’s doing serving. Lady said will see about remaking order and will try get someone out to deliver it. Don’t you think store should called customer that placed order instead of leaving them waiting? This is RIDICULOUS

I ordered a pan pizza. Up until today, a pan pizza was more of a deep dish. What I received was a piece of cardboard with toppings. I was informed by the staff this is what pizza hut now calls pan crust oh and it was $1.50 more than their standard crust. Extremely disappointed in pizza hut and have no intentions of ever going back.

I will generously give 4 stars because when it’s good, it’s good. But when it’s bad, it’s pretty bad and it’s a toss up on when you’re gonna get good or bad food. Pastas are consistently dry. Stingy with the sauce like it comes out of their paycheck.

I’m not sure what this crust is supposed to be, but it’s definitively not the Pizza Hut pan crust we all grew up loving. Maybe it was just an oven issue or generally undercooked, but a total waste of $50 on this order . . . Just not good without tossing it back in the oven to finish it off at home.

The staff was really friendly BUT the dough for the pan pizza is not thr same as it was in the 80’s. I miss the crispy crunchy crust of the original pan pizza.

Food was the only redeeming factor at this establishment. Once we got our food we were completely ignored. The waitress never asked if we wanted drink refills, or even bother giving us the check/to go box. We got tired of being ignored, so I asked the gentleman at the kiosk for a box and to checkout. I doubt we will ever go back to dine-in. Delivery is usually solid.

We very much enjoyed our wraps, our first time ordering these, and they were really good! We dined inside so we could enjoy our meal, and spend some time with my husband. Then we were interrupted by very loud vacuuming, we were there during dinner hours, so it wasn’t very good to have a conversation.
