I was charged too much for the popcorn shrimp dinner. Sign said $9.49 but charged $11.49. Manager said sign said “prices may vary.” It didn’t. I took pictures.

The worst! Don’t stress yourself just avoid this location!! Went inside only to be told by a teen that we need to go through the drive-thru, not taking orders inside. Pulled up to the drive-thru to order, waited 20 minutes before someone took the order. Then wait another 30 minutes to get your food with only two cars in front of me. Because of the design of their lane, you are practically stuck in line even if you choose not to order. This type of service appears to be the norm in most all the stores in Madison. OH! THEN PULL UP TO THE WINDOW AND THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS FROM PEOPLE WALKING INSIDE

Customer service -0! Update your online business hours and inform your employees to answer questions appropriately! We are at drive thru 855 – took you 5-6 minutes to answer the young man says “We closed”. My husband then asks what time? No response. Bottom line- this store is trash and continues to get worse. Online hours states 930 pm closing time.

Drive thru is useless. Cant take order at menu, you have to wait until you get to window to place order. Once order is placed then the wait begins. Ordered one fish and shrimp with okra and fries and one fish and chicken with mac and cheese and fries and waited 35 minutes for the food. It takes 4 minutes to fry the food, so i asked them what the hold up was and they said changing the grease. I worked at Captain D’s in the 80s and when you change the grease, you use another fry pot and just don’t stop the whole operation of preparing and cooking food, but they did. Apparently, they dropped the fish as soon as grease was changed and the grease wasn’t hot enough yet to fry and so when the timer went off, they pulled out the fish and the fish wasn’t done and the crust hadn’t even formed and got crisp yet, because it was wet and soggy. Did the contact us and just like most restaurants today, received no response. The customer service and restaurants do not take pride in their work or their food quality or customer satisfaction. Horrible food, no seasoning, hush puppies are the worst with no onion and taste like they are made with water instead of buttermilk. They should’ve stayed closed.

No customer service…Front of the house ( young black guy) wearing same gloves to collect money and then box fish up. Don’t care attitude. Ran out of stuff I ordered and paid for already. Never even bothering to tell me that my order was not completed. Acted bothered he had to go get a can of mustard greens and open them… still not getting mine. Just ridiculous.

This Location Is HORRIBLE, Madison should Shut It Down… we went in to order at 8pm and were advised to go to the drive thru, waited 23mins in drive thru, only to be told They’re Closed at 8:23pm… When we asked what time does the store actually close the lady with the bonnet on said 9pm, but we already shut down for the night… DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS Location!!!!

The wait was LONG, but the food was very good! We ordered the combo (fish + chicken strips) with fries and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was great!!! We also ordered the burger combos….they forgot the cheese on both burgers! We will definitely be stopping in Madison, MS the very next time we’re heading that way!

The penns in madison attached to the sprint mart in Madison,MS is the worst store. Customer service skills are a -10!! I will never come here again. I pray the owners see this so they can get their employees together.

I had the fish sandwich and it was great. The bun was a little over toasted, but I asked for a non toasted bun and was immediately given one. The lady up front was working her butt with all the customers that were coming in and ordering. She was very friendly and accommodating.

Waited 50 minutes in the drive through line despite there only being 4 cars ahead of us. Do not expect to go here and get your food in any reasonable amount of time. However, the food was good when we did get it.
