I’d give a zero if I could. Called to let them know that they added jalapeños to my green pepper and pepperoni pizza, and was told I was lying because they didn’t see any. And I’m like, yeah probably because they are both green and you just glanced at it instead of double checking. So obviously they don’t care about customer service if they are willing to tell you they think you’re lying. Pretty cool. I don’t even care if I got a credit or not it’s the fact they told me I was lying when I can tell what jalepeno’s are since I can’t handle spice that well.

I received a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza. My last few orders were handled poorly. So the coupon said, we miss you come back. It’s for delivery only and there is still a delivery charge of $3.99, tax and a minimum delivery amount of $16.00. ITS NOT FREE!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!

I ordered a large thin crust with 3 toppings and it was so sparse of toppings it was ridiculous . I ordered mushroom, bacon, and hamburger like a bacon burger with mushrooms. It had so little toppings many pieces were just cheese pizza with a mushroom piece in a corner or a tiny piece of hamburger on it and cheese. Some pieces had nothing but cheese, and 5 pieces had regular toppings for a light topping pizza. I never use this Dominos as I live over an hour and a half away and my store I usually go to puts enough toppings gin that you rarely eat a bite with no toppings in the bite. I am dissappoint Ed with this store and won’t be back to get my pizzas here again. I’ll go to the competition where a three topping pizza has all three spread over the entire pizza and not like this. I feel like I had the amount of toppings a personal size pizza gets but sparsely spread out unevenly here and there on my large pizza crust. And I’m not o e to eat cheese pizza without more toppings on it. I don’t care for cheese only pizza much but don’t get an option here except throw 2/3 of it away for not having anything hardly on it. I added 2 pictures and one is showing all spots with only cheese in purple.

I ordered pick-up when I arrived for the pizza (early) I was told it would be another 15min. 15 turned into 45. While I sat there waiting I overheard Joe discuss with his co-workers and people calling the location that they are understaffed and to add insult to injury someone ordered 17 Pizzas. Joe did an incredible job handelng the workload, answering calls and fulfilling orders. I watched Joe take several calls each call he did his best to set exspectations and worked with customers to accomadate. He even took a call where the other person was un-reasonable he handeld the call wonderfully and explained he can’t predict traffic . I don’t kow who Joe is but he did and awesome job along with the staff. Please give Joe a high five.

WOW, the delivery driver was a complete BAG and SUPER unprofessional about “contactless delivery” as my notes stated to “leave on the front step”…she b****** at us about why contactless delivery started (Covid) and that we needed to specifically say do not knock or ring doorbell.
