Stopped here for dinner. I ordered and enjoyed the steak and chicken fajitas, beans and rice. Unsweetened iced tea too. All was good. Server was pleasant and efficient. Food arrived quickly after ordering and that worked well for us. Nice appearance inside and clean. Plenty of parking in front.

Great little Mexican joint inside the plaza. Service was terrific. My waiter was incredibly attentive without being obnoxious. The salsa is tasty, too, and you don’t miss the giant salsa bars of other area Mexican restaurants. Quite busy on a Monday for lunch, but they were able to keep pace! Great place for a family dinner or a quick bite for lunch. This is my second trip and I will be back

Got the lunch menu when i dropped by. Wasn’t really impressed with the food. It didn’t taste authentic at all. It looked good but no seasoning or anything i usually look for when eating out in a Mexican restaurant. Cheese dip is runny & salsa not chunky…2 key things I’m basing my happiness on and these guys missed it. Probably won’t come again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we ordered from Cowboys! We ordered the house special fajitas and house special nachos. They were perfectly spiced and the shrimp were very fresh. This restaurant has its own style; don’t expect your food to look like every other cookie cutter Mexican restaurant. The food tasted good and made us all feel good. It was not sloppy or gooey or loaded with unneccessary calories.

The food was very overpriced for what it was ($60 for dinner for two, before tip). It was extremely bland and underseasoned, the rice was mush, the queso was watery, and the tacos were 80% lettuce. That said, the service was wonderful and the staff were great! The drinks were also pretty good. Just really disappointing food for the price.

This place is an oasis from the down town fruity beer and starving artist, druggy scene. sometimes I just want a domestic draft and comfort food. The people who work there are freaks! No joke, they pulled out all the booths at the end of the evening and cleaned everything! Karen and I were amazed at the care these people had for the workplace. I hope they do well.
