Whatever your take on “authentic” Mexican is, we probably aren’t it. Our inspiration comes from a global pantry and countless hours spent in the kitchens of some of Salt Lake City’s most notable restaurants. Our food is made from scratch, and we partner with our suppliers for the best ingredients available. Local when possible, sustainable, and always fresh. You’ll find traditional flavors alongside some decidedly nontraditional ingredients like pork belly or duck confit.

The outside and inside of the restaurant were very nice. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because the waitress that seated us was kind of rude. We were a table of 11 and Ama our server was amazing she was friendly had great customer service and got everyone food and drinks correct. Jaamal was also amazing, so nice and friendly. If you enjoy appetizers definitely get the fundido it was delicious. The food was great, we had everyone from quesadilla’s, tacos, burritos, 3 different types of enchiladas and everyone loved it all. We will definitely be coming back again!

The service was great and also rather quick. A bit pricey for tacos, but they’re good. One thing though is that these are NOT authentic, and that’s to be expected. My family came wanting authentic tacos, but were disappointed and someone complained about the shrimp tacos being too salty. Otherwise it was fine, and the fish tacos I had were actually pretty good.

The Butter Leaf Lettuce salad is one of the best-tasting salads I’ve ever put in my mouth. This was insanely delicious. I almost ordered a second one to take home. The service was also excellent. My water was always full and the service was attentive and with a smile.

Fantastic service! Our server was extremely attentive. My partner has a really bad gluten allergy. And she made sure to tell us what he can and couldn’t have off the menu. The food looked and tasted amazing. Our last taco was on a wheat tortilla though. After we notified our server she immediately got us a new one on the correct corn tortillas. The seating was rough though. Due to the fact that there are no booths. So you’re already really close to everyone else.

T27 is a regular stop every couple of months for lunch or dinner. More upscale than a greasy Mexican joint (though I love my greasy Mexican restaurants too). The Queso fundido with chorizo is the best thing on the menu. A must to start … 5 stars.

Enjoyed my visit. I was greeted quick and sat down. My waitress was very customer service oriented which is always great. The drink I had was great. The mahi I had was a little bland but, the guacamole was great. I would definitely come again

Sooo good! My family and I came here for lunch on my 21st birthday and it was so good! We all got some tacos and we were not disappointed! The beans and rice were also like $4 extra and the one thing we didn’t enjoy were the beans – they had a bit of a weird taste! If I were to go again, I would definitely skip the upgrade. You do have to pay for chips and salsa, but it is so worth it!! All of the salsas we tried were amazing!
