This location gets worse every time we go. Always check your drive thru order carefully, bc they literally leave at least one thing out every time. Managers also try to dispute that food is missing when you go in to get what you ordered.

20 minute wait for a three-car drive-thru line to be told they’re making fresh food and it’ll be another 3 to 4 minutes. A half hour after this I finally get my food. I wish I would have given up and just accepted the Lost $10

The female who took my order was polite, smiling and patient. The male who made my order was also polite smiling and made sure I had everything, I needed (utensils napkins) asked me if I needed any sauce ( which I did) and when I got home and opened it, it was hot, moist and crispy ( cooked to perfection!) I went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. I ordered the 16-piece bucket value meal. When I got home I opened up both containers that had mac and cheese in them and they both look like the food must have been sitting there since this morning because of how thick and pasty looking. Plus both containers were filled with what looks like somebody already had taking bites out of them and where filled only halfway. This is what $40.00 get you at the KFC on Atwood in Johnston..
