Absolutely disgusting. Ordered delivery and one of the plates looked like they pulled it out of the trash to serve my food. Underneath my honey walnut shrimp it looked like they served something with chili on it like the Beijing beef and then scooped it out and reused the container. There was random pieces of pineapple and greenbeans in the chow mein as well. The portioning this time was horrible on my second plate I ordered half chowmein and half rice and there was 3 bites of chowmein. My brocolli beef had maybe one actual piece of beef and overcooked broccoli. I’m more disappointed in the face that they served my food in a nasty used container.

If it were up to me, I would give it 0 stars, I will never go back to this place in my life. the people there are very rude. there was a fat girl that I asked for the order and she kept repeating the same thing to me something that I had not asked for and making some gestures in her face, so I left it that way. She did not understand what I was trying to ask of her because she got annoyed and told the other guy to take care of my order , after ,when I go to pay she whispered something in his ear and he laughed . I would have wanted her to tell me to my face.. I hope they both get fired. If your life is so miserable, you shouldn’t spread that to other people. I left very upset..

The food is the classic Panda you’ve known and loved…orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp…nomm nomm. The staff has been extremely courteous to me at this location on numerous visits. One time they even went out of their way to make my day a little brighter. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, sitting on the corner of a busy intersection you can watch the world go by as you relax with your meal….

I’ve been eating at various Panda Express’s for many years. I’ve eaten at the one in Novato about four times in the last couple of months. The price is going up and the portion size has definitely decreased. They also no longer offer the packets of hot mustard. Really? Last week I ordered the Broccoli Beef and it was 95% broccoli, 5% beef. Last night I had the Mushroom Chicken and the same ratio. Sorry, but I think I’m done with them…

They rushed the service stingy on the serving the orange chicken was dry. The chow mein was mushy rice was tasteless. Everybody there just want to hurry up and go home. I don’t know what they are doing.

I go get takeout from here often. They routinely stop cooking new food 45-60 minutes before closing, leaving few options for customers coming in during that time. The staff the refuses to cook more of requested dishes. Really unhelpful.
