We had an order for catering placed at 11:45am, we left the store with it at 12:50pm. The order was not properly executed and missing sandwiches. We placed an order for 3 party boxes of 30, instead we got 48 sandwiches total. We were told they would give us a discount for half off in the future, but we did not get any sort of gift card or anything proving that. Apparently, it will be added to our account automatically. Very frustrating and disappointing, as this was ordered for a company lunch.

Delivery service has improved greatly. They show up in a normal amount of time. It’s usually very good. I’ve not had an order missing anything, nor one with something included I asked to have taken off. Sometimes they run out of ingredients though

Just went here on the way to the hospital today to visit my grandmother. ordered a Pepe no mayo add mustard,add onion. When I got to the hospital I opened my sandwich to eat And what I got was NOT what I ordered. I got a pepe with lettuce and tomato no onion. When I called to talk to somebody at the restaurant I called twice and let it rIng at least 30 times both times and no one answered. Pretty convenient for you Jimmy John. Big disappointment for me the customer.

I was excited to try a new wrap, but the second I opened it, it went everywhere. The tortilla was so dried out I don’t know how they even got it wrapped to start with. I’m in my car, in town for sports so no utensils or anything. No way to eat it at all.

Just went through the drive thru and got two #1 sandwiches. Sat at the window a little over 5 minutes waiting for it. Now at the park eating it and my sandwich bread is hard as a rock. Disappointing.

Twice in a row they have messed my order. Last time they forgot a whole sandwich and their phones didn’t work. I had to drive there to get it and no reimbursement for the delivery charges or anything. Thanks for sucking again

Honestly the rudest workers AND management I’ve EVER encountered at a Jimmy John’s. Plus, one of the workers made fun of how I walk (I use a cane and am chubby) and they didn’t think I noticed. Well I did!! Wasn’t going to put them on blast about it but I sat in my truck crying for about 10 minutes after I left the store!! I thought long and hard about dropping this review but THEY DESERVE TO BE PUT ON BLAST! I will NEVER go to this location ever again!! Even before that incident they were always rude as heck!
