This place is officially our new place to hang out. The detailing of the decor, even down to the vinyl on the window, is really creative and awesome. I’m assuming this is a Hawaiian Japanese fusion and it is so cool. The food is creative and exciting. They also have merchandise for sale which is very smart. There are tablets to order the food at and the pictures are very good quality. We were also approached by a man who was very nice, and asked us if we had any questions, so if anyone is preferring human interaction they give that as well.

Loved my experience at the Sushi Eat station! They have a bargain bites menu that had killer options. I got the crab bowl and there was plenty of leftovers. Beware the mango habanero sauce is their spiciest sauce . But they gave me some extra rice to mix in which was mega appreciated! 5 stars!

I have eaten here a couple of times and no issues. Today placed my order a straight up vegetarian burrito all tofu and veggies. Once I get back to work and $15 later after multiple bites I notice a huge handful of crab!!! Nowhere on my order states animal protein. I can get very sick. I called the store and the manager remembered it and thinks someone snuck it in. Oops sorry. I am glad she offered a refund but now they are not trust worthy and I will not return.

Excellent customer service by Nick. He came out and handed our food. They burrito was made well. Unlike the one in Winter Springs, they have been skimping on ingredients where the burritos come out very small.

Didn’t like the 2 sushi rolls I got. Tasted bad and fell apart. I got the chik-a-roll and didn’t like it at all. Also got the Livin on the veg, was okay, not great and fell apart when I picked it up. Got white sauce and ponzu, they were okay. Ponzu was a little sweet and too thick imo. It took so long to get and was over priced. It took 20 minutes to get my food from when the order was placed, and someone who placed their order after me, did get there order before me. And maybe there order was smaller or easier to make, but I only ordered two rolls. Other than that there was no other people I saw, they maybe had online orders or something but imo it took way to long. It was $17 for the two rolls, which I don’t mind paying, but the quality just wasn’t there especially for a veggie and chicken roll. Also the kiosk were a little difficult to use, had to ask an employee for help. And I’m a 27 years old, never had a problem with a kiosk before, so I’d imagine it would be difficult for someone who is tech illiterate. Did give them 2 stars because the service was great! Really nice staff!

Every time i come to this location, they completely get my order wrong. they’ll give you the wrong sauce, or add ingredients you didn’t want. It sucks because i’ve wasted so much time and money coming to this location because it’s closest to me, but i’d rather drive farther than come here. I love Sus-Hi so much, but this location needs serious management.
