The photos and video shot of Whopper’s and Big Mac’s and Burrito Supreme’s look like some kind of amazing creation by a French trained Michelin Chef. And for $4, when you unwrap one of these signature dishes at one of their beautiful dining rooms, they look… like they cost $4.

I ordered the $7 deal which I ordered a Whopper Jr. no lettuce, tomato or onion. Spicy Chicken Fries, french fries and a coke. I waited a long time to get my food. The girl realized I was waiting so she threw in two chocolate chip cookies. When I opened my bag I had a chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce and tomato. Everything else was correct except I didn’t have any sauce for my Chicken Fries. I had no choice but to eat it. After I took everything off of it the Chicken sandwich was actually good. As was the rest of it. I never said anything and did appreciate the cookies but the service was not very good.

My friends and I was working one night at the mall and decided to get Burger King. We all ordered the same thing which was a whopper Junior fries and a drink. It was only us three 17 year olds we work on the other side of the mall went back. We all opened our sandwich inside there was three different things. I asked for everything on it and got nothing absolutely nothing on it. My friend asked for whopper Junior and got a chicken sandwich with mustard on it and she asked for no mustard for her whopper Junior, my other friend thought he was safe until he looked inside and it was mold on his bread. The only thing we ate was the fries. we went back to Burger King to tell them what had happened and they wouldn’t give us our money back saying we’re close there’s nothing we can do about it , but they wasn’t close. It was 20 more minutes left until they close. They was very rude about it saying that’s what we asked for so that’s what we got. When I specifically said I wanted everything on it. And she specifically said JR WHOPPER They was rude from the beginning and now I know never never go back to Burger King in the mall. $9 down the drain via daughter

I usually don’t come here during my lunch if they seem busy, but today there was only 2 or 3 people—yet my wait was still over 20 minutes. Very bad service and food.

Food was sloppily made and burnt. Fries were dry and not salted. Didn’t taste like the bk I love. Cashier and cook didn’t give right order and didn’t believe me when I first told them. Very rude. Didn’t finish food because it was so poorly done. Only ate some because I was extremely hungry.
