This was THE nicest, cleanest, and most efficient KFC location I have ever been to, and I’m 44. Food was hot and fresh, and staff was courteous and ALL working together to fulfill orders. This is VERY hard and thankless work, folks – it’s food that takes several minutes to properly prepare, and people are often ordering it in ridiculous quantities. At peak periods, it’s a madhouse, and they must go home totally exhausted, but these folks made it look easy – I assure you it’s not. Such a good meal in a nice, pleasant atmosphere.

This is a review 3 years too late , and too bad for KFC. I live about 20-30 minutes from this location , I ordered the biggest family meal. Grease cascaded from the pink chicken when I got home still warm . I called explained to a manager( supposed) he wanted me to return right away with it because that’s impossible. All of the fryers were up to temp and he had personally checked them . I wasn’t going to spend an hour round trip to return it , I explained. He wanted me to keep it and bring it back, I said no but took photos and kept receipt . I emailed corporate with attached photos receipt and my wonderful experience with argumentative manager. I never heard back, never been back. I am glad we have 2 Popeye’s now . But i still miss going there.

Pleasant staff and fast lunch service. Like the new nuggets, and they are a winner. But the chicken breast on the chicken sandwich had a weird texture, which almost crunched in the mouth upon chewing. Suspect it is that “woody breast” issue reported with mass produced chicken. It is not a good experience with the chicken breast sandwiches. Have never had the issue with their chicken pieces sold in the meals. The fries are the best around.

Got the new wraps, and while they were fairly tasty, they were so small that the 2 didn’t satisfy me (that’s what she said). They’re maybe like 4 inches, which isn’t a good size (also what she said), and they’re very thin to (…..). But kids got a chicken meal and a spicy chicken sandwich they both enjoyed. The gal working the drive-through was very friendly.

Sad to say that I am very disappointed with the Brand altogether today. First of all the campaign of a Free soda “Bucket” with purchase of a 12 or 16 piece Bucket Meal… PLEASE!! A plastic bag is NOT a BUCKET!! In the advertisement picture with the meal, it actually looks like a Bucket, complete with a handleI Reality is it is a heavy gauge plastic bag with a pleated bottom and a screw on cap at the top. Can you say “bait and switch”? I can. I can also say fraud. Shame on you KFC…

Placed an online that of course goes through but when I get to the KFC they tell me well we stopped dropping chicken (even though they’re not closed yet) so I ask them how do I get my refund back (they don’t even know) …. The kicker though, the manager says we stop dropping chicken @ 7:30, WHAT?! You guys close at 9:30 (Sunday) … No sorry or well is there anything else I can get for you, horrible customer service

I don’t recommend this kfc. I waited almost a hour and they were never even preparing my order. The person who took my order didn’t even ask me what my sides were, he was just gonna put it in the computer. And Oh, I also got food poisoning and I didn’t feel good after eating the chicken, stomach was churning and I had to throw it all away.

I asked for a very simple number 12 plain. They put mayonnaise on it. Then I told them it was wrong and she continued to say they don’t do Mac and cheese on sandwiches. I never asked for that or even brought it up. Horrible customer service, on top of that the food was just outright terrible. They did not care whatsoever. Some needs to lose there job.
